Mark Watkinson draws a cut-away illustration for The Week Junior.
Mark's brief was to show children how the Tube works in a clear and informative way with fun elements. Commissioned by Dave Kelsall at The Week Junior for Dennis Publishing, Mark was asked to include objects such as a Samurai sword, a ghost and mosquitoes, all for the readers to spot as the image informs them just how the Underground is designed.
